Sullivans / Station 28 1/2

The existing beach bungalow, built in 1905, included entry doors from the original Sullivans Island ferry and an art collection bursting at the seams.  The new addition provided my clients with another acre of display space beneath its 12′ ceilings, along with a spacious kitchen & living room built for entertaining and swank new guest quarters for those in no hurry to leave.
