Architectural Design With Sophistication & Service

No two projects are alike, but they all share the same challenge––  to create a stunning residence within a specified budget and timeframe.

Accomplishing this feat requires an eye for detail, an ability to communicate with both client and contractor, and the expertise to navigate the permitting and design review process.  It demands creative problem solving and the unwavering pursuit of excellence.  But above all, it calls for experience.  For almost two decades, we have delivered projects that surpass all expectations.

Deftly balancing traditional details with contemporary sensibilities, KDS creates distinctive homes that accommodate life’s demands with warmth and refinement.  Whether it’s a vacant lot or a ramshackle wreck, we are ready to meet your next challenge.
