This was a major renovation / addition to a 1960’s ranch house in Mount Pleasant, SC. The clients’ wish list included taller ceilings and open sightlines as well as a stronger street presence. So we took a deep breath, cut a 21 foot hole in the roof, and bulldozed the old sunroom. Thankfully, they never looked back.
A new house on one of the last remaining vacant lots in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant, SC. The client arrived at the makeshift office with a picture of New Orleans in her head and the image of a blue & green tiled kitchen from Brussels in her hands. The best compliment received during this project was from the gentleman who inquired whether the “renovation project” was for sale.
